Your figures never leave your browser

Everything this site calculates, it calculates on your own device. Your grants, income, share counts and the brief built from them are never sent to me, to a server, or to anyone else. There is no account to create, no email address collected to use the tools, and nothing for you to sign up for.

What your browser keeps

Two things, both on your device only.

The entry check remembers your filing status, income, vest value and state, so returning to it does not mean typing them again. That stays in this browser until you clear your site data.

Your planning brief keeps a copy of its own figures for as long as that tab is open, so reloading it or sending it to print does not lose your numbers. Closing the tab discards it.

What does leave your browser, and what it is

Three things, none of which carry your figures.

Loading any page here requests fonts from Google, which sees your IP address and browser, as it does on the many sites that use the same fonts.

Opening the modeler automatically asks this site's own server for the current QCOM price, and the server returns it. You do not trigger that request and your entries are not part of it.

This site is hosted by Netlify, and like any web host it keeps ordinary server logs of requests, including IP addresses. How long those are kept is Netlify's arrangement, not mine.

Links to the IRS and the other sources cited here open those sites.

Booking a conversation

The scheduling links open Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy notice. What you enter there is handled by Calendly and reaches me. Nothing from the tool is attached to it, and your figures are not passed along.

What this site does not do

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no third-party code beyond the fonts named above. I do not sell your information, and I do not build a profile of you.

Your rights, plainly

Three different things, and they do not sit in the same pile.

The tool creates no account and keeps no copy of your figures, so there is nothing of that kind to request or delete. To remove what your own browser has kept, clear this site's data in your browser settings.

My host keeps its request logs. How long they live is set by Netlify and not by me, and I cannot delete them.

If you have booked a conversation, that booking is a record held by Calendly, and it reaches me. I will delete my copy on request.

Educational, not advice

This site describes what your numbers show. It does not tell you what to do, and using it does not make you a client.

Getting in touch

Write to brian.patterson@acmwealth.com with any question about this page, including a request to delete the booking record described above. That is the route for a privacy question.

Booking a conversation is how someone becomes a prospect, not how they ask about server logs. It is here as what it is:

A short call, 15 minutes
A full conversation, 45 minutes on Zoom

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
